The Top Five Organix Cat Food Reviews

Based on my tests and research, these are the five best Organix cat food products to invest in:

1. Castor and Pollux Organix Organic Cat Treats

Rarely do I find quality cat treats that have nutritious benefits, so when I saw Organix had organic cat treats, I had to review them! It’s made with all organic ingredients, including free-range chicken. It comes in the shape of small cookies, a bit bigger than kibble so it’s a good treat to give a few times during training.

Each cookie has only two calories each, so as long as you don’t give her the entire bag, you won’t worry about overfeeding them. It keeps its crunch and seems to have a good taste because my cats see it as a reward. The treats do help with obedience and training, and I like to give them some when they seem squeamish.

I can’t vouch for its tastiness, but my cats seem to love it. So if you’re thinking of healthy and organic cat treats that taste good, I recommend these!

2. Castor and Pollux Organix Dry Cat Food: Chicken and Brown Rice Recipe

The best dry cat food from Organix is their Chicken and Brown Rice recipe, which my cats adore. Not only is it made with all-organic ingredients, but with the quality free-range chicken and a mix of superfoods. There aren’t any added preservatives, only a small percentage of carbohydrates from cranberries, and healthy fat from coconut oil.

I was a bit shocked seeing the ingredient list since it wasn’t something I expected from typical cat food. But that’s how I know you get your money’s worth with the organic cat food. It took a while for my cats to begin eating it, but they started looking forward to mealtimes after a few days.

It’s helped improve my cats’ skin and coat, and I just hope that their formula stays. There are some complaints about a new formula, though my cats accepted the flavor and they had good health benefits from it.

3. Castor and Pollux Organix Canned Cat Food: Chicken and Chicken Liver Pate

If you’re looking for quality wet food, then I recommend that you invest in the Organix Canned Cat Food Chicken recipe, which is enticing for cats. Even my cats, who are selective eaters, really enjoy the food and don’t leave any bits on their bowls anymore.

I also really like how easy it is to feed them since you just need to open it and turn it upside down. It slides down smoothly and there’s no need to spoon it. Plus, my cats have had no digestion issues after eating it, transitioning them from another wet food to this was pretty easy.

However, do be wary about its shipping, since some cans come in dents. With that said, I still believe it to be worth the price, less expensive than other brands.

4. Castor and Pollux Organix Canned Cat Food: Turkey and Spinach

I believe that the Turkey and Spinach recipe is a good product, though not as loved by cats compared to pure chicken formulas. Furthermore, putting more vegetables, even if they’re low-glycemic carbohydrates, doesn’t always equate to health.

When I looked into its ingredient list, I saw that it didn’t only contain spinach, but other vegetables as well. While healthy for us, too much of it isn’t recommended for cats who require more ANIMAL protein. This contains both animal and pea protein, which I consider as a filler.

I would say it’s average and not the best wet food to give to your cat. Not only does it take time for them to get used to eating it, but it only contains an adequate amount of protein, nothing special about it.

5. Castor and Pollux Organix Pristine Wild-Caught Protein Wet Cat Food

Just like the chicken recipe, I like this Free-Range Chicken Recipe, which contains pate. With the addition of pate, it entices my cats to eat more of it! This is also another favorite of mine because it has little to no fillers at all, only containing necessary vegetables with nutrients cats need.

This wet food can be fed to both kittens and cats actually, and I can see both really like this particular flavor. Plus, I noticed their coats look a bit shinier and shed less!

However, it’s a bit more expensive compared to other brands (it might be the seller itself or this particular flavor). With that said, I’d recommend it if you have the extra budget OR if it were priced more reasonably.
