Order and return help

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can identify the order. For a product question, include the product name or page link and the detail you would like checked.

Returns are free, and Meowkai provides a prepaid return shipping label. Contact our support team for the label and return instructions.

Please do not send payment-card numbers, account passwords, or other sensitive payment information by email or through the contact form.
