Free returns
Returns are free. Meowkai provides a prepaid return shipping label, so you do not need to pay for return postage when using the label we provide.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the item you wish to return.
- Our support team will provide the return shipping label and return instructions. Use the return destination shown on the provided label.
- Package the item for return and follow the instructions provided with the label.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If an item arrives damaged, differs from what you ordered, or is missing, contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep the item and packaging while we help identify and resolve the problem.
