1. Unfold 1 Fresh Step liner onto the bottom of the litter box and fold edges of the liner over the sides of the litter box.2. Fill litter box liner with 3-4 inches of Fresh Step litter.3. To change liner simply pull drawstrings on both sides of bag and secure contents in the liner by tying drawstrings together.Note: avoid wear and tear of liner by changing as needed. For use on open and hooded litter pans.
