The bow tie likewise has a shape and attachment that should remain clear of the face and fastening. Appearance in a posed photograph does not establish comfort during ordinary movement.

Remove accessories only as their instructions permit and let them dry before reuse. Inspect ties and attachment seams while cleaning, especially if the set has been stored between seasonal uses.
